Episode 5
Jay shares how martial arts, discipline, breathwork, movement, mantras, nutrition, and meditation have shaped his path — from becoming a world karate champion to developing a much deeper relationship with himself and life.
We speak about strength, identity, emotional transformation, the body, inner guidance, and what can happen when success is no longer only measured by what we achieve on the outside.
This is not a conversation about becoming more.
It is a conversation about discovering what is already there beneath the roles, the striving, and the need to prove anything.
