Anastasia Kaesbach is an author, speaker, entrepreneur, and founder of Prana Yami. Across her six books and creative work, she explores consciousness, inner guidance, human potential, and the nature of reality.
Before dedicating her work to consciousness and writing, Anastasia built an international career in fashion and entrepreneurship. Her media experience includes German prime-time television on RTL II, ORF as well as international fashion television with Planet Fashion TV, including a couture presentation during the Cannes Film Festival.
Today, her body of work spans books published in English and German, 36 online courses, hundreds of guided meditations, podcasts, YouTube, and international conversations. Her latest book, I AM THE QUANTUM FIELD, explores what becomes possible when we recognize ourselves not as separate from life, but as part of the field in which reality unfolds.

TV & MEDIA
Anastasia has previous experience appearing on German prime-time television as well as international fashion television. During her former career as a fashion designer, she appeared on RTL II in a nationally broadcast production reaching a million-plus audience, also on ORF and was also featured by Planet Fashion TV, a Miami-based international fashion television production, in connection with her couture presentation during the Cannes Film Festival.
What initially began with stepping through a deep fear of being on camera became something she genuinely loved.
Anastasia welcomes television interviews, documentaries, television series and productions, filmed conversations, reality and factual entertainment formats, and international media collaborations. She is particularly interested in productions exploring consciousness, extraordinary human experiences, human potential, inner guidance, transformation, creativity and the nature of reality — while also being open to formats that engage with her life, work and personal journey.
Anastasia is based in Bali, Indonesia. For in-person television, documentary and series productions, filming takes place on location in Bali. International production teams are warmly welcomed to film with her there. Remote television interviews and studio conversations are also possible.
